Classical Āyurveda for the rhythms and transitions of life

Classical Āyurveda for the rhythms and transitions of life

Āyurveda is a tradition of understanding life through careful observation. It explores the relationship between our individual constitution, the world around us, and the rhythms of time that shape daily life.

Through education, mentorship, and individualized guidance, I help people apply the principles of Āyurveda in practical ways to maintain health, recognize patterns of disturbance, and navigate times of change with greater awareness.

Whether you are seeking a deeper understanding of Āyurveda, support through the natural transitions of women’s health, or guidance during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, my work is rooted in the classical teachings of Āyurveda and adapted to modern life.

The Wisdom of Observation

Āyurveda begins with learning how to observe.

The qualities present in our bodies, our food, our routines, our environment, and our
experiences all influence how we function.

By recognizing these influences, we can discern between the factors that support health and
those that contribute to disturbance.

Āyurveda provides a framework for exploring these relationships and making thoughtful
choices that support wellbeing through every stage of life.

My work is rooted in the classical teachings of Āyurveda and informed by more than two decades of study, practice, and lived experience.

Yathā brahmāṇḍe tathā piṇḍe.

As is the human body, so is the cosmos. As is the cosmos, so is the human body.
